This new products can be used in combination with Tungsten or
Fluorescent sources balanced at 3200°K, introducing a luminous efficiency
that is about 4 times the one of tungsten sources (a 250W CST is
producing a comparable light output to a 1 kW tungsten), with a much
smaller heat production (a 250W CST is producing 172.5 W of heat, while
a 1 kW Tungsten is producing 935 W of heat), with consequent cost and
energy savings.
